We will definitely reach out to Karen in the future. She was extremely prompt, reliable and communicated very clearly. All of which was greatly appreciated as this was our sons very first apartment and introduction into adulthood. She clearly had extensive knowledge of the area and the management companies that we ended up visiting. Don’t bother looking for another service… just call Karen. You’ll be thankful you did. She listens to what you want and need and finds exactly the perfect fit.

I won’t use anyone but Karen! She has found my last 3 apartments over the years and when renewal came around this year I called her to check on pricing and new places to consider. Not only did she run a list, but she did a review with me and suggested we stay put this year to stay in our budget. She was honest about the high rental rates in Austin and how we would be looking at going backwards in quality. She is the only locator for me!
